steering column

take the plastice cover off with a torx bit.

put them in the blaster and blast them then blew with blow gun

mix up primer and get an alcohol wipe.

then heat the parts that have >PP< on them to relase the mold release and then wipe with alcohol wipe to get it off the part.
NOTE: should be done if its >ABS< plastic if it have been wipped with armorall

then primer asap. first coat is light then do 2 more wet coats

shot a diffrent color light on the parts after the primer has dryed
NOTE best to use diffrent color of paint then the plastic and primer. for u know if u are burning threw the primer

sand with 240 then 800

base coat

dip

clear

sand with 800

re clear

sand with 2500 to get all trash out

buff and polish and put back in the truck

now i just need a BAD steering wheel and one of those kick ass shifter things

shit now i can just toss the part in there in the right angle and will get full cover dip LOL naaa. shit is easy after a few lil practices.

u know how my videos are man LOL! but yeah kinda hard to dip and record at the same time. say ryan if yall ever do a shop thing let us know and maybe can do something here. its not 100% all automotive we do but most of ever thing we do do is automotive related. some time soon i hear Two man grauge is post to be here to shoot a show.

i am sure we can find several pieces to do haha.. but yea we can work on something like that though... trying to get shop tours in our Section on our site now starting to line up a few places so that would be good.. do yall have alot of yalls products there on display or anything like that?

we can prolly get this bagged charger that we did. bitch is sick smoothed out all there interior and painted it factory silver and dipped section in carbon. and all kinds of shit we did on the car. and my truck and a few other ppls cars we can park in the shop. then we have a lil display room where there is shit in. and so on so on.
